Venetian Island Condo Renovation and Design

Our team designed and transformed a luxury high rise 2345 square foot bay front condo on Belle Island. We reimagined every inch of a very outdated design for our clients who wanted a warm but modern home to reflect their lifestyle. We seamlessly integrated their eclectic belongings from around the globe into the South Beach lifestyle.

Inspired by their well-travelled adventures, we created a new home within the bones of the former condo, removing walls and soffits, reconfiguring the kitchen, pantry, bedrooms and bathrooms, and opening up very narrow passageways for this family of four to call home.

The palette of natural woods in walnut, greige and taupe finishes, played with whites and greys to create a harmonious living space to showcase artwork and curios from a rich lifetime of travel. Layered fabrics, textures and rugs integrated the spaces to harmoniously flow from room to room.

Kitchen - Our team gutted and reconfigured this open- plan, modern, contemporary kitchen. We designed and fabricated a 12 Ft. quartzite, natural stone slab for the kitchen peninsula/ kitchen island countertop. We used a waterfall edge for the counter
